DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY

Reference is made to the announcements of Wei Yuan Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 12 October 2020 and 25 January 2021 (the ''Announcements'') in relation to the acquisition of a property located at 123 Pioneer Road Singapore 639596 on Lot 2440N of Mukim 7, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that the acquisition of the property was completed on 07 April 2021 in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Option Agreement.
