WDB Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi SA signed a letter of intent to acquire Europejskie Konsorcjum Ubezpieczeniowe Sp. z o.o from Piotr Kumiega, Partner and Chairman of the Management Board of Europejskie Konsorcjum and other shareholders for PLN 5.1 million.

WDB Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi SA (WSE:WDB) signed letter of intent to acquire Europejskie Konsorcjum Ubezpieczeniowe Sp. z o.o from Piotr Kumiega, Partner and Chairman of the Management Board of Europejskie Konsorcjum and other shareholders for PLN 5.1 million on June 4, 2013. As on October 11, 2013, WDB Brokerzy signed an investment agreement to acquire Europejskie Konsorcjum Ubezpieczeniowe.

Under the conditional agreement, WDB Brokerzy will acquire 100 shares in EKU of a total nominal value of PLN 0.2 million.
