Waypoint REIT Limited (ASX:WPR) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 40,000,000 ordinary stapled units, representing 5.62% of its issued share capital, for AUD 100 million. The program will be funded by existing cash and debt capacity.
The program is valid till August 29, 2023. As of August 28, 2022, the company had 711,816,547 shares in issue.
