Private Placement Completed

Water Resources Group Ltd (ASX: WRG: US: OTC-WTRSY, "Company") is pleased to announce it has successfully completed a private placement of 8,833,333 ordinary shares at A$0.06 per share to raise A$530,000 from professional and sophisticated investors. Following the allotment of these shares, Water Resources Group Limited will have 311,981,994 shares on issue, 49,895,961 of which are subject to ESCROW until December 2012.
Intersuisse Limited acted as Manager to the placement.
