Yang Jianbo, Yao Meijun and Shanghai Yongyi Fire Technology Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 51% stake in Anhua Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd from Wanma Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300698) for CNY 62.75 million on May 30, 2022. The transfer price shall be paid in four instalments. After the transaction, Yang Jianbo's stake in the target will increase from 31.04% to 42.04%; Yao Meijun's stake in the target will increase from 12.34% to 22.34%; Shanghai Yongyi Fire Technology Co., Ltd.'s stake in the target will increase from 0% to 30%. On May 30, 2022, the 7th session of Wanma Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300698) 3rd directorate approved the transaction. on June 20, 2022, in the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Wanma Technology Co., Ltd, the transaction has been approved.
Wanma Technology Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in research, development, production and sales of communication equipment. The Company's communication products include communication network wiring, optical distribution network (ODN) products, optical devices and information cabinets, which are used in cloud platform construction, communication networks and rail transportation. The Company is also involved in production and sales of medical information products, including mobile medical care workstations, mobile doctor workstations, front bed mobile settlement workstations and so on.
