SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO

CHANGE OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Reference is made to the announcement of Wai Hung Group Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 2 September 2020 (the "Announcement") in relation to change of executive directors of the Company. Unless otherwise defined or the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board would like to supplement that Mr. Cen remains as the head of corporate finance department of the Company but has resigned as an executive Director in response to the adjustment of the structure of the Board with effect from 2 September 2020, so that Mr. Cen can focus his time and effort in performing his duties as the head of corporate finance of the Company.

The above additional information does not affect any other information contained in the Announcement. Save as disclosed in this announcement, the contents of Announcement remains unchanged.
