Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited Announces Appointment of Chan Cheuk Ho as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Chan Cheuk Ho has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, a member of the Company's Audit Committee, a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 March 2022. Mr. Chan, aged 56, joined Pine Technology Holdings Limited, a listed company in the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 8 June 2017 as an executive Director.
