VOMZ AO (Vologodskiy optiko-mekhanicheskiy zavod AO or Vologda optical and mechanical plant JSC), formerly VOMZ OAO, is a Russia-based company, which is mainly engaged in the manufacture of optical instruments and lenses. The Company's products portfolio comprises shooting telescopic sights, night vision sights, magnifiers, wide-angle door eyes, sewing machines, electrical baking ovens, cooking boilers, medical equipment, such as measuring nutrition pumps, compasses and others. It also produces weapon and ammunition. The Company sells its products domestically as well as exports them to Germany, Cyprus, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, as well as Australia and India.
