Mr. D. Bhattacharya has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 2 March 2022, citing personal reasons;
Based on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has appointed Mr. K.K. Maheshwari, a nominee of Aditya Birla Group, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non Independent) with effect from 3 March 2022. Mr. K.K. Maheshwari is not related to any other Director / KMP of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.
