Vivesto AB announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has agreed with the Company's CEO, Francois Martelet, to mutually terminate his employment. Pursuant to the agreement, Francois' employment will end on 21 July 2022. Vivesto has commenced the search for a new CEO.
Francois Martelet has been CEO since 15 March 2020.
