Cronos Australia Limited announced the following appointments to the Company's Board, both of which are effective immediately. Ms. Jenelle Frewen - Independent Non-Executive Director, Canberra, Australia. The Company has appointed Jenelle Frewen as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board.

Jenelle is an accomplished government strategist and adviser with more than two decades' experience spanning complex policy development and implementation in highly regulated industries. She has led several federal and state political campaigns, and advised a range of business clients on public affairs and regulatory policy. Jenelle has experience working at all three levels of government in Australia and in new areas of policy- making in technology, broadband and cyber.

She also spent time in her early career working as a communications and media adviser in the private sector in Australia, and was a senior aide in municipal government in the United States. Jenelle is currently Principal Consultant with the Canberra-based advisory firm, Precision Public Affairs. Jenelle obtained a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Monash University.

She also holds a post-graduate diploma in Governance and Public Policy. With Cronos Australia operating in a highly regulated industry at the Federal and State level, Jenelle's appointment directly addresses the Board's skills matrix seeking skills and experience in this area. Jenelle will be able to make valuable contributions to the Board generally and in her areas of specific expertise.

Dr. Simone Scovell - Independent Non-Executive Director, Sydney, Australia. The Company has also appointed Dr. Simone Scovell as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board. Simone is the Founder and CEO of TOTIUM, a multi-national B2B med-tech and health services company delivering quality, affordable and tailored healthcare solutions for some of the world's most iconic companies.

She is a Specialist Occupational Physician and Fellow of Medicine within the Royal Australasian College of Physicians who brings a wealth of experience in Commercial, Clinical and Health Data Governance. Simone is currently a Nominee Representative on behalf of the Commonwealth Health Minister to sit as a Non-Executive Board Director for the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW), further sitting as an AIHW Director of Risk, Audit and Finance. She is a Non-Executive Director for the Whiddon Group, an award-winning, not-for-profit Aged Care provider where she Chairs both the ICT and Clinical Governance Committees.

Simone is a former Director of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), sitting as Risk Director during that tenure; also a Founding member of the RACP's Physician Health and Wellbeing Reference Group. Simone holds triple Degrees in Medicine, Surgery and Medical Science from Sydney University, is a Master of Occupational and Environmental Health (Monash University) and is currently completing an Associate Degree in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare (Stanford University School of Medicine, USA). She was voted Doctor of the Year by her peers in 2005; her final year working as the Hospital's in-house Resident surgeon in Cardiothoracic Surgery at St.

Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. Simone is a digital health pioneer with extensive clinical skills and commercial experience having successfully launched and scaled TOTIUM into a market-leading B2B med-tech and health services company; a client list including Qantas, CSIRO and Serco. With CanView being a pivotal part of Cronos Australia's operations, Simone's appointment aligns with the Board's skills matrix for Board- level digital health leaders, where she will be able to achieve a significant impact.

Following the above appointments, the composition of the Company's two Committees of the Board has also changed.
