The board of directors of Huiyin Holdings Group Limited announced that Ms. Hui Yuet Yuet has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive Director, and ceased to be the Chairman of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee and member of Audit Committee of the Company with effect from 26 May 2021.
