XG Technology Appoints John Procacci as Vice President of Sales for xMax and IMT Business Units

xG Technology, Inc. announced the appointment of John Procacci as vice president of sales for its xMax and Integrated Microwave Technologies (IMT) business units. In this position, Mr. Procacci will have responsibility for leading the sales organization at xG Technology, and will have both the entire IMT sales team as well as xG commercial sales team members as direct reports. He will also work in concert with cross-functional teams that include marketing, product development, operations and support to design and deliver superior communications solutions to clients. Most recently, he served as Business Development Director at Mercury Systems. Previously, he served as Business Development Manager at IMT for their MAG (Military, Aerospace & Government) Division. Prior to that, Mr. Procacci served as Business Development Manager at Crane Aerospace and Electronics, where he spearheaded sales of microwave component and subsystem solutions to DoD prime contractors.
