Fabio Re Ferrè resigns as director of SIF Italia.

(Alliance News) - SIF Italia Spa on Monday announced that the company has received the resignation, effective immediately, of director Fabio Re Ferrè. Specifically, Fabio Re Ferrè provides legal assistance to the board of directors of Visibilia Editore.

For this reason, in order to avoid the possibility of a conflict of interest, he deemed it appropriate to resign.

Fabio Re Ferrè is not known to hold, at the time of his resignation, directly and/or indirectly shares in the company.

SIF closed Monday's session flat at EUR2.90 per share
