Virginia Commerce Bank welcomes Kevin V. Shaner as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Head, in the Bank's Alexandria and Arlington markets. He is based at the Bank's Cameron Station office in Alexandria. (Photo: Galen Photography)

Kevin V. Shaner joins VCB as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Head, responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships in the Bank's Alexandria and Arlington markets. Mr. Shaner joins the Bank with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently he held the position of Senior Vice President and Community Executive for Middleburg Bank, where he played a key role in managing their small business lending initiatives. Mr. Shaner's diverse background in strategic planning, SBA lending and business development will complement the experience of his lending team. Mr. Shaner currently serves on the Board of Directors for Life Circle Alliances in Fairfax and looks forward to increasing his involvement in the Alexandria and Arlington communities. His office is located at the Bank's Cameron Station office in Alexandria.

Robert M. Cramp joins VCB as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer, in the Bank's Prince William, Fredericksburg and Southern Fairfax regions. Mr. Cramp has over 23 years of lending experience with over 17 years in the DC Metro area. Before joining the Bank, Mr. Cramp was a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager at Sandy Spring Bank. Throughout his banking career, he has been active in a variety of civic and community organizations, currently serving as Treasurer for the Hidden View Homeowners Association in Lake Anna and as a Director on the Board of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Cramp is based at the Bank's Battlefield office in Manassas.

The Bank also welcomes Elias Faddoul as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer, in the Bank's Western Fairfax region. Mr. Faddoul has spent over 22 years serving the DC Metro area in the financial services industry, most recently as Vice President and Market Loan Manager with PNC Bank. He is based at the Bank's Vienna office. Mr. Faddoul has been an active member of the Alexandria and Fairfax Chambers of Commerce and will continue his deep involvement in the local community.
