the rights and duties of the issuer of convertible debentures and the
representative of the debenture holders No. 12.2.5 state that When the
convertible bond issuer pays a dividend in excess of 90.00 percent of the net
profit according to the convertible bond issuer's separate financial statements
after income tax for operations in any accounting period during the term of the
convertible bond
