The Board of Directors of VIEL & Cie Société Anonyme announced the resignation of Georges Pauget as Chairman of the Board and Director of the company. The Board will be proposing the appointment of Patrick Combes, CEO, as the new Chairman at its next meeting. Mr. Pauget joined the Board of VIEL & Cie in June 2010.
