Victoria Jungfrau Collection AG is a Switzerland-based holding company engaged in the hotel sector. The Company operates four five-star hotels in Switzerland, VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel & Spa in Interlaken, Palace Luzern in Lucerne, Eden au Lac in Zurich and Bellevue Palace in Bern. VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel & Spa operates numerous guest rooms, a spa, conference and seminar rooms and a number of restaurants and bars. Palace Luzern comprises rooms and suites restored in a belle-epoque style, two restaurants, one bar, a spa and air-conditioned meeting and event rooms. Eden au Lac offers 50 individually designed rooms and suites, a restaurant, three meeting rooms and a bar. Bellevue Palace offers numerous rooms, one restaurant and one bar. In April 2014, Swiss Private Hotel AG completed a tender offer to raise its stake to 71.47%, from 10.73%, by acquiring the 60.758% interest in the Company.
