VEREIT, Inc. and a private investor entered into contract to acquire buildings at 600 and 700 Horizon Drive, Hamilton, New Jersey from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.

VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE:VER) and a private investor entered into contract to acquire buildings at 600 and 700 Horizon Drive, Hamilton, New Jersey from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) during the quarter ended on December 31, 2017. As a part of transaction, private investor will acquire 600 Horizon building which is 95,000 square foot and VEREIT will acquire 700 Horizon building which is 1,20,000 square foot. As of March 22, 2018, VEREIT, Inc. has acquired 700 Horizon Drive building for $34.8 million.

The per square foot price of 700 Horizon Drive building is $289.58. NKF Capital Markets represented the deal on behalf of the Mack-Cali Realty.
