(CSB), and in the production and distribution of renewable commodities through Verde Resources (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. The Company is also engaged in investment opportunities in other non-mining areas, including the bioenergy industry, real properties, and the food and beverage sector. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries also include Verde Resources Asia Pacific Limited, Verde Renewables, Inc., Verde Life Inc., The Wision Project Sdn Bhd and Verde Estates LLC.
