Verde Bio Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK : VBHI) entered into an agreement to acquire Mineral and Royalty Interest in Haynesville Shale of Northern Louisiana for $0.43 million on February 21, 2023. The acquisition is set to close on or before April 15, 2023.
