Ventus VCT plc Declares Final Dividend for Ordinary Share and Per "C" Share

Ventus VCT plc announced that at AGM the members has agreed to declare a final dividend of 2.50 pence per ordinary share and 2.50 pence per "C" share in respect of the year ended 28 February 2014.
