Vector Inc. (TSE:6058) agreed to acquire Keyword Marketing Co., Ltd. from Hidenori Takii and others for ¥1.1 billion on December 15, 2022. As per transaction, Vector Inc. will acquire 330 shares from Keyword Marketing. For the year ended March 31, 2022, Keyword Marketing reported net worth of ¥369 million, total assets of ¥886 million, sales of ¥2.7 billion, operating income of ¥131 million and net income of ¥91 million. The transaction is expected to complete on December 26, 2022.
