VCREDIT Holdings Limited Appoints Chen Derek as Member of Each of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of VCREDIT Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Chen Derek, an independent non-executive director of the Company, as a member of each of the audit committee, the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the Board with effect from 5 January 2022.
