Andrea Weber appointed Chief Legal Officer of Vantage Towers AG

Düsseldorf, May 02, 2024 - Andrea Weber has been appointed Chief Legal Officer ("CLO") of Vantage Towers AG ("Vantage Towers") effective 1 May 2024. Weber, who had already assumed the position of CLO on an interim basis in November 2023, is responsible for all legal matters at the tower company, including Compliance, Corporate Law and External Affairs. As CLO, Weber is a member of the Executive Committee of Vantage Towers and reports to CEO Christian Hillabrant. Weber succeeds Christian Sommer, who stepped down from the position at the end of 2023 at his own request.

Before Weber took on the role of CLO on an interim basis, she most recently held the role of Legal Director at Vantage Towers. She previously worked as attorney and in senior in-house positions as a corporate lawyer, including for Vodafone. In addition to two state law examinations, she holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Humboldt University in Berlin and an LL.M. from Albany Law School.
