The Company provides real estate brokerage services, consulting services and real property management services, as well as interior design services, architectural services and landscaping services. In addition, it is engaged in the construction of residential and nonresidential buildings, concrete pipe manufacturing and the installation of plumbing, electrical and fire fighting systems. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 57.15% of its revenue came from construction activities. As at December 31, 2012, it had three affiliates.
