Validus Holdings, Ltd. (NYSE: VR) (?Validus? or the ?Company?) announced today that Joseph E. (Jeff) Consolino has been named President of the Company, to be effective as of November 15, 2010. Mr. Consolino replaces George P. Reeth, who has recently announced his intention to step down as President of the Company. Mr. Consolino will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Validus, the position he has held since 2006.
