V Group, Inc. has begun the process of establishing a new division within the V Group organization. The management of V Group, Inc. is currently in negotiations with select youth and urban organizations throughout the Greater Los Angeles area with the intention of establishing a partnership with the purpose of developing and distributing a unique beverage brand. The new beverage line will be spearheaded by what The Company has dubbed, a "Super Charged Soda". Simply put, it is an exciting mixture of flavored sodas with the active ingredients of the Energy Drinks. The product line will be offered in a proprietary white 22oz PET bottle. The new compilation of Urban participants will be instrumental in developing the flavor profile as well as the product name and label design. V Group will be offering guidance on structure, manufacturing, and finances as well as distribution. V Group intends to formally launch the new brand at The National Association of Convenience Stores Trade Show (NACS) in October in Las Vegas. It is the Company's view that the revenues captured by the new venture will be significant. The Company also expects to capture positive notoriety in the form of publicity.
