UTour Group Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2021. For the half year, the company announced total revenue was CNY 312.055 million compared to CNY 1,241.247 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 181.202 million compared to CNY 264.540 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 122.919 million compared to CNY 176.324 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.136 compared to CNY 0.203 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.116 compared to CNY 0.168 a year ago.
UTour Group Co., Ltd., formerly Beijing UTour International Travel Service Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the provision of tourism products and related services. The Company is mainly engaged in the provision of outbound travel services. The Company's outbound travel products include ferry tours, customized tours, self-guided tours, semi-independent tours and overseas destination fragmentation products, among others. The Company is also involved in the provision of outbound services, such as study tour, immigration, personal currency exchange, agency shopping tax rebates, travel consumer credit and supply chain finance.
