Urbanet Corporation Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. For the year, the company expects, operating profit of ¥2,050 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥1,100 million or ¥35.06 per share on net sales of ¥20,000 million.
Urbanet Corporation Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate business and hotel business. The Company operates its business through two business segments. The Real Estate segment is engaged in businesses related to real estate development and sales, real estate purchase and sales, real estate brokerage, real estate rental business and others. In principle, the development area focuses on Tokyo's 23 wards, where real estate prices are relatively stable, and within a 10-minute walk from stations. The customers for the investment studio apartments, which are the core of the business, are mainly wholesalers to studio sales companies, as well as general corporations, domestic and foreign investors, and high-net-worth individuals in Japan who are looking to prepare for inheritance tax. The Hotel segment is engaged in businesses related to hotel management, and others.
