Minda Industries Limited that Mr. Satish Sekhri has completed his tenure in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director and he ceases to be a Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 01 April, 2022. Mr. Satish Sekhri has served two terms in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
