Jin-Hwan Doh and Chung Eun Ju acquired 1.26% stake in Uni-Chem CO., Ltd. from Songam Global Co., Ltd. and Seung-Geun Lee for approximately KRW 620 million on December 15, 2015. Jin-Hwan acquired 0.4 million shares from Seung-Geun, Chung Eun Ju acquired 0.04 million shares from Songam Global and Jin-Hwan acquired 0.11 million shares from Songam Global at KRW 1200 per share. Post-closing, Seung-Geun owns 1.2 million shares and Songam Global owns 7.5 million shares.
