Chanut Wongcharoenyong entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 24.9% stake in Dimet Public Company Limited from Ua Withya Public Company Limited for THB 80.8 million.

Chanut Wongcharoenyong entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 24.9% stake in Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited (SET:DIMET) from Ua Withya Public Company Limited (SET:UWC) for THB 80.8 million on March 22, 2021. As of May 5, 2021, shareholders of Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited received a letter of intention requesting on extension of DIMET securities trading period from Chanut Wongcharoenyong another 30 days counting from April 2021. As of June 1, 2021, the consideration was not paid by Chanut Wongcharoenyong.

The Board of Directors of Ua Withya Public Company Limited approved the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in April 2021. The proceeds from the transaction will be used for working capital purpose.
