U-MEDIA Communications, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 500.198 million compared to TWD 343.502 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 42.113 million compared to TWD 22.558 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 36.601 million compared to TWD 16.875 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.12 compared to TWD 0.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.11 compared to TWD 0.52 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,220.875 million compared to TWD 1,284.987 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 77.983 million compared to TWD 117.234 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 75.187 million compared to TWD 66.027 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.3 compared to TWD 2.05 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.28 compared to TWD 2.04 a year ago.
