Tsui Wah Holdings Limited Announces Re-Designation of Cheung Wai Keung from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director

The board of directors of Tsui Wah Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Cheung Wai Keung will be re-designated from an executive director to a non-executive Director with effect from August 16, 2014 due to his decision to devote more time to his other commitments.
