TSI Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3608) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 4,500,000 shares, representing 5.92% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥3,000 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to implement flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and acquiring treasury stock as part of shareholder return measures.
The repurchase program is valid till September 30, 2024. As of April 12, 2024, the company has 75,979,355 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and has 11,095,638 shares in treasury.
