LIVE Incorporation Public Company Limited received a resignation letter of Mr. Subhakorn Bhalakula on January 12, 2015 in order to resign himself from the position of Director, Independent Director, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, Chairman of Audit Committee, Chairman of Selection Committee, and Chairman of the Procurement Committee. It will be effective since January 12, 2015 onwards.
