Trimantium GrowthOps Limited announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Dustine Pang. Current Non-Executive Director, Craig McMenamin has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 12 December 2019. Having received and reviewed the relevant consents, the board has acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Pang and ratified the appointment of Mr. McMenamin as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 12 December 2019.

Mr. Pang will continue to support the Company and transition of the CFO and Company Secretary role through to 31 December 2019. Accordingly, Mr. McMenamin resigns from the board of directors with effect from 12 December 2019. His role as Chair of the board's Audit and Risk Committee will be temporarily filled by Non-Executive Director, the Hon.

Philip Dalidakis. The board has resolved that Mr. Dalidakis, being an independent director and having the prerequisite skills and experience for the role, will be appointed temporarily to the position of Chair, Audit and Risk Committee. Mr. McMenamin is a chartered accountant and brings more than 20 years' experience as a Chief Financial Officer and executive in both privately-owned and ASX-listed technology, healthcare, advertising, media, entertainment and service companies, where he oversaw strategic transformation projects, change management, mergers and acquisitions, audit and governance, and risk management.

Mr. McMenamin brings a wealth of experience in the advertising, services and media industries, which will be of benefit to GrowthOps during this next stage of the Company's evolution. He is a member of Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
