Tribe Property Technologies Inc. announced that it has received CAD 2.499999 million in funding from Round 13 Capital, Inc. and other investors

On June 24, 2024, Tribe Property Technologies Inc closed the transaction. The company issued 4,807,691 units of the company at a price of CAD 0.52 per share for the gross proceeds of CAD 2,499,999.32. The transaction includes participation from Round 13 Growth II, L.P, acquired 1,150,000 Common Shares for purchase price of CAD 598,000.

In connection with the closing of the Private Placement, the Company paid finders' fees to arms length brokerage firms of CAD 68,669.51 and issued 132,057 non-transferable common share purchase warrants. Each Broker Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.82 at any time on or before June 21, 2029.
