Trent Ltd. reported unaudited standalone earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014. For the quarter, the company has posted a net profit of INR 160.316 million or INR 4.82 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items compared to net profit of INR 234.888 million or INR 3.44 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items a year ago. Net sales/revenues from operations was INR 3,366.382 million against INR 2,744.341 million a year ago. Total Income is INR 3,676.638 million against INR 2,824.313 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. Profit from operations before other income, finance cost & exceptional items was INR 175.482 million against INR 235.587 million a year ago. Profit from operations before tax was INR 239.416 million against INR 336.288 million a year ago.
For the nine months, the company has posted a net profit of INR 885.814 million or INR 26.66 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items compared to net profit of INR 564.358 million or INR 16.98 per basic and diluted share before and after extraordinary items a year ago.
