Attached is an Appendix 3B relating to the issue of Shortfall Shares arising from the Company's Entitlement Offer pursuant to a prospectus dated 5 October 2016.‌

A total of 27,980,000 ordinary fully paid shares are to be issued to a mix of existing and new shareholders at a price of 2.2 cents per share to raise a total of $615,560 before costs of approximately $28,600.
