TR Services Group, the IT services integrator and operator, has announced
consolidated revenues of EUR20.85m for the first half of 2009/2010 (six months
to 30 September 2009), up 5.8% compared with the corresponding period of
2008/2009.

The above revenue includes the contribution of ATTI, following its acquisition
at 31 March 2009. The annex to the consolidated accounts for 2008/2009 included
a pro forma estimate for ATTI's full-year revenues of EUR5.09m, or EUR1.27m per
quarter based on a linear approach.

"Significant organisational measures aimed at achieving structural savings have
been implemented during the first half of this year and, in this extremely
unfavourable economic climate, TR Services continues to intensify its commercial
efforts. Consequently, TR Services maintains its financial targets: revenues of
more than EUR45m and a return to profitability in the current financial year,"
commented Lionel Smeers, CEO.

Main growth drivers

Despite a difficult economic climate, the group is now positioned to pursue an
ambitious strategy, based on:
   - a new organisation capable of meeting the group's targets, with the
     appointment of a COO;
   - a secure cash position, with the backing of OSEO and our new pool of
     banks;
   - deployment throughout France with new branch openings;
   - international support for key accounts with the establishment of
     subsidiaries in Shanghai (China) and Belgrade (Serbia).

Acquisition of Vobiscom's activities 

TR Services Group has, via its subsidiary Artelcom, taken over the activities of
Vobiscom in accordance with the disposal plan ordered by the Meaux Commercial
Court on 10 November 2009.

This new deal will enable the group to reinforce its technological skills in
consultancy and the integration of added-value solutions.
