SUBJECT :	Publication of the Minutes of 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the Company's Website.

		The Stock Exchange of Thailand

TQR Public Company Limited (the "Company") "Company") had held the Annual General Meeting for 2022 on 27 April 2022 at 1:00 p.m. via electronic media. According to the Emergency Decree on Electronic Conferencing B.E. 2563, including other rules and regulations related, the minutes of such meeting was completely submitted to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The Company has also publicized the said minutes on the Company's website, http://www.tqr.co.th, since 10 May 2022 as an additional channel on disclosing the minutes of meeting to the shareholders.
