NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
TOTVS S.A. (B3: TOTS3) ("Company" or "TOTVS") hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in accordance with article 21-L of CVM Instruction 481 of December 17, 2009, the next Company´s Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be held on April 11, 2019.
Company clarifies that additional information regarding the referred event will be provided in due time, accordingly to applicable legislation.
