From April 2, 2012, Kiyoshi Furube will be appointed as Director Senior Executive Officer and In Charge of Sales Promotion Group. He was previously Director Executive Officer and In Charge of Sales Promotion Group. Toshifumi Shigematsu will be appointed as Director. He was previously Director Executive Officer and In Charge of Faucet & Accessories Division. From June 28, 2012, Noriaki Kiyota will be appointed as Director Executive Officer and In Charge of Restroom Business Group. He was previously Corporate Officer and In Charge of Restroom Business Group. Toshifumi Shigematsu is retiring as Director of the company effective June 28, 2012.
