Tosho Co., Ltd. Reports Consolidated Earnings Results for the Nine Months Ended December 31, 2015; Provides Consolidated Earnings Guidance for the Full Year Ending March 31, 2016; Provides Dividend Guidance for the Full Year Ending March 31, 2016

Tosho Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2015. For the period, the company reported net income of ¥2,391 million or ¥124.85 per share on net sales of ¥14,305 million compared to net income of ¥1,912 million or ¥99.85 per share on net sales of ¥12,529 million. Operating income was ¥4,135 million and ordinary income was ¥4,077 million compared to operating income of ¥3,343 million and ordinary income of ¥3,265 million a year ago.

For the full year ending March 31, 2016, on consolidated basis, the company expects net income attributable to owners of parent of ¥3,100 million or ¥161.84 per share, net sales of ¥19,000 million, operating income of ¥5,300 million and ordinary income of ¥5,200 million.

For the full year ending March 31, 2016, the company expects year-end dividend of ¥11 per share, which results in an annual dividend of ¥21.00 per share.
