As Tong Hua Public Company Limited announced that Mrs. Vanida Wanasirikul has informed of his intention to resign from the position of the Audit Committee, Independent Director, Due to more responsible tasks which might effect to time supply to such position. By which, the effective from April 19, 2023 onwards.
