Hirotsu Bio Science Inc. announced an equity round of funding through third paty allotment to Tokyo TY Financial Group, Inc. (TSE:7173), and Tokyo Kanagawa Innovation Support Fund 1; a fund managed by Free Bank Co. Ltd. on February 14, 2018. The capital of the company pursuant to the transaction shall be ¥157,248,000.
