The board of directors of Tianli Holdings Group Limited announced that on 6 April 2018 Mr. Chan Chi On, Derek has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company with immediate effect in order to be more focused on his other work engagements.
