Wukong Lanhai Dingtie No. 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund managed by Shenzhen Wukong Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 5.5% stake in Tianjin Guifaxiang 18th Street Mahua Food Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002820) from China Jindian Food Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 120 million on November 6, 2020. As per terms of transaction, Wukong Lanhai Dingtie No. 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund will acquire 11,264,000 shares of Tianjin Guifaxiang 18th Street Mahua Food Co.,Ltd. at CNY 10.84 per share. Post completion, China Jindian Food Investment Co., Ltd will hold 0.51% stake and Wukong Lanhai Dingtie No. 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund will hold 5.5% stake in Tianjin Guifaxiang 18th Street Mahua Food Co.,Ltd.
Tianjin Guifaxiang 18th Street Mahua Food Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, production and distribution of Chinese traditional food and other snack food. The Companyâs products mainly include fried dough twist, pastry, moon cake, traditional sweet dumpling, rice dumpling, chestnut, as well as nuts, among others. The Company mainly distributes its products within domestic market, with Tianjin as its major market.
